Copyright & DMCA policy

VibeToApp respects intellectual property. If you believe a site hosted on VibeToApp uses your copyrighted work without permission, send us a notice as described below. For other problems (phishing, impersonation, trademarks, illegal content) use our report form.
[DRAFT — FOR LAWYER REVIEW]
Designated agent
Our designated agent for notices of claimed infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act is:
[DMCA DESIGNATED AGENT — name, postal address, phone, email; register at dmca.copyright.gov]
VibeToApp LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company · [REGISTERED ADDRESS] · Email: [email protected]
Sending a takedown notice
Email [email protected] (subject “DMCA notice”) or use the report form. Your notice must include:
- your physical or electronic signature (as the owner or a person authorised to act for the owner);
- identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed;
- the exact URL(s) on the hosted site where the material appears;
- your name, postal address, telephone number and email address;
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law;
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act on the owner’s behalf.
We review complete notices promptly, normally within 24–48 hours, remove or disable access to the material, and tell the site owner, including a copy of the notice (we may redact your contact details where the law allows). Misrepresenting that material is infringing can make you liable for damages under 17 U.S.C. §512(f).
Counter-notice
If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you can send a counter-notice to the same address. It must include:
- your physical or electronic signature;
- identification of the material that was removed and where it appeared before removal;
- a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification;
- your name, address and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, if you are outside the US, any judicial district in which VibeToApp may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice.
We forward valid counter-notices to the complainant. Unless they tell us within 10 business days that they have filed a court action, we may restore the material 10 to 14 business days after receiving the counter-notice.
Repeat-infringer policy
We keep a record of every notice and the action taken. Accounts that receive repeated valid notices are terminated in appropriate circumstances: as a guideline, a second valid notice leads to a warning and review of all the account’s sites, and a third leads to termination of the account. We may act sooner for clear or wilful infringement.
Trademarks and other complaints
Trademark, impersonation, phishing and privacy complaints are not DMCA matters; send them through the report form or to [email protected], with the site URL and an explanation. We may suspend a site immediately where people are at risk.
