How does the free trial work?
You add your card when you start, and nothing is charged for 14 days. On day 15 your card is charged the monthly price, unless you cancel before then. We email you a few days before, with the date and the amount. VIP Growth has no free trial: it starts with real work in your first weeks, so it is charged from day one.
How do I cancel?
Online, anytime, in your customer area under “Manage or cancel”. If you cancel during a free trial, you pay nothing. After that, your service runs to the end of the month you paid for and then stops. No phone call, no cancellation fee. If you cancel, your website goes offline at the end of your paid period; the .com stays yours.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
The 14-day money-back guarantee is for our website builder plans. Services have the 14-day free trial instead, so you can see how we work before you pay anything. VIP Growth has neither: it is charged from day one, and you can cancel anytime before the next month. We don’t refund a month you’ve started unless the law requires it.
Will you get me to the top of Google?
Nobody honest can promise that, and we don’t. Google decides the rankings. What we do is keep your profile complete, correct and active, which is what Google asks businesses to do.
What is SEO and AEO in VIP Growth?

So we can update your hours, photos and posts and reply to reviews for you. You invite us as a Manager, not an Owner: you stay the owner and can remove us anytime.
Do I own my domain and my Google profile?
Yes. Your free .com is registered after your first payment, in your name, and it stays yours if you leave. During a free trial your website can already be live on a free yourname.vibetoapp.com address. Your Google Business Profile is always yours, with every improvement we make.
Is sales tax included?
Prices are in US dollars and don’t include sales tax. Our payment partner, Cleeng B.V., adds it where it applies and shows you the total before you pay.
